Delete your account

What gets deleted

When you delete your AI Calculator account, we permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your saved conversations and all messages within them
• Your credit / token balance history
• Your transaction history (AI credit purchases and top-ups)
• Any message feedback (likes/dislikes) you submitted
• Your account and sign-in record (including your Google sign-in link, if you signed in with Google)

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open AI Calculator and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and the data listed above are deleted immediately after you confirm.

How to request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't access your account, you can still request deletion. Email us at aiCalculatorApp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Google account and ask us to delete your AI Calculator account. We will confirm your identity and delete your data.

Your Google Play subscription is not affected

Deleting your AI Calculator account does not cancel any active Google Play subscription. Account deletion removes your app data and sign-in record — it does not reach into Google Play's billing system. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select AI Calculator → Cancel subscription. If you delete your account without cancelling first, Google Play will continue to bill you for the subscription.
